Job Title: Personal Assistant

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Report To: The Managing Director

 

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • At least 3-5 years work experience 
  • Must have excellent written,  communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent managerial & leadership skills
  • Strong decision making ability 
  • A professional demeanor with proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Highly responsible, organized, able to work independently and pay strong attention to detail 
  • Must be highly confidential
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
