Job Title: Customer Service Personnel

 

Job Location: Tema, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Attending to customer enquiries and managing incoming
  • Screening and prioritizing calls
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients
  • Assist clients, partners and executrices in presentations and writing reports
  • Serve as liaison with departmental heads to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications
  • Answer queries on requirements and related information on products, student admission, examination, graduation and other issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of requirements and related information on student admission, examination and other issues
  • Filing and distributing information, assisting top management staff and arranging schedules
  • Act as a liaison between the external and internal executives, managers and consultants in coordinating meetings
  • Serve as liaison with departmental heads to help ensure a manageable flow of work and communications
  • Assisting in marketing new programmes/products
  • Enhance client relations by assisting customers make suitable choices of the various products offered by the company
  • Keeping contact with customers and follow up on relevant issues
  • Receiving of payments made by clients and issuing receipts
  • Performs clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, filing, scanning
  • Telesales

 

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration / Office Management 
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
