Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides input into the formulation of operational policies and implements strategies to implementthem.
- Prepares Action Plan and Annual Calendar for operational activites.
- Develops standardised processing procedures and ensures compliance.
- Develops and implements cost reduction and control programmes.
- Sets operational targets for the Division.

- Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor activities.
- Excellent knowledge of principles of management and supervision.
- Ability to motivate staff to be results-oriented.

Educational Qualifications:
- A minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Data Science or equivalent
- A Post Graduate Certificate is an added advantage.
