Job Title: Customer Service Representative

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Providing information to clients or all those people who will call in at the office or visit the office premises
  • Provides all kinds of clerical and administrative support
  • Is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the front desk area
  • Answering the queries of all those people who call in the organization or information seekers about the business
  • Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities
  • Honouring and greeting people who enter the organization and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of an HND or Degree in any field
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
  • Applicants aged between 20-24 years
  • Should Speak, Write, Read and Understand English FLUENTLY
  • Should have skill in creative content writing and excellent communication
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Should have basic secretarial/admin knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Should be organized and very disciplined
