An International Travel Agency seeks the services of an Airline Ticketing Supervisor / Manager

 

Job Title: Airline Ticketing Supervisor / Manager

 

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

 

Job Description

  • Comply with the organisation’s policies and staff procedures
  • Excellent customer services (i.e. handling guest queries, telephone answering policy 3 rings, pre-flight checks, good punctuality, etc.)
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge on airlines rules, policies and procedures
  • To issue airline tickets, visas, notes, car hire 

 

Qualification and Requirements

  • Must be IATA certified
  • Experience of Sabre or Amadeus for 3 years minimum
  • Ticketing and visa experience of 3 years minimum
  • Excellent Understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and sales databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good written skills
